Consumer right of withdrawal
If you are an EEA consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right may expire early only after you expressly consent to immediate performance, acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right when performance begins, and receive the required contract confirmation. If those conditions are not met, your statutory right remains.
How to withdraw
Use the always-available Withdraw from contract page during the applicable period, or send an unequivocal statement using the Legal Notice contact details. We will acknowledge an online withdrawal submission without undue delay on a durable medium. You may use your own wording; no reason is required.
Defects and statutory remedies
Withdrawal rights are separate from remedies for a defective or non-conforming digital product. Contact support with the product, version, operating system, and reproducible issue. Depending on the law, remedies may include bringing the product into conformity, a price reduction, termination, or damages.
Crypto-specific payment issues
Do not send funds outside the provider's active invoice or on a different network. Pending, underpaid, overpaid, duplicate, expired, wrong-asset, wrong-network, refunded, or suspicious payments are not automatically treated as fulfilled. We verify the provider record and immutable order terms before access is issued. Network fees and irreversible transfers may limit what can technically be recovered, but mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Exclusions and abuse
We do not promise a voluntary refund for a change of mind after a valid early-expiry acknowledgment and delivery. Fraud, key sharing, sanctions concerns, or payment reversals may require review. This never removes non-waivable consumer rights or liability for our own breach.
